 This is for you, one last registration for the 2012 Season

May 24th at Ameci's Pizza in Castaic
6:00-8:00 p.m.

This will be the absolute last day to register in person, not be on the wait list, and be eligible for our early bird fees

$125 for one child
$225 for two children
$315 for three children
Additional $50 for fourth child and up

You may go online to pre-register your child at www.eayso.org. Please print three copies of the registration form and bring the form, payment, and if your child is new to our region, a copy of his/her birth certificate or passport to one of our registration events.
We will also have your pre-printed form on hand if you played with us last year.
Unfortunately your child will not be considered registered until we receive all necessary paperwork in person.

Please Become An AYSO Volunteer

AYSO Region 1441 is an "All Volunteer Youth Soccer Program". Each year we depend on our volunteers to Coach, Referee, and serve on the board. We do it for the kids of Castaic and Val Verde. You do not need to have soccer knowledge. AYSO provides training for Coaches and Referee's. Use the links to the right to check out some training programs.
Please help the community and volunteer for the 2011 season. 
What does it take to be a volunteer?
1.Completed Volunteer form. You may pre-register online at www.eayso.org. Please print two copies of your form and turn in to the region along with a copy of a photo ID.
2. Safe Haven "Coach" or "Referee" Certification (online at www.ayso.org approx 45min)
3. Referee Training or Coach Training Certifications taught in Castaic or online. 

**Please note volunteers are not considered registered volunteers until their paperwork has been received by the region and ID has been verified.
Only registering online does NOT complete your volunteer application.
